We want you to love your Vessis, which is why we offer a 90-day return and exchange window for all unworn products in their original packaging. Whether you need a different size or a different style, we are here to ensure your feet stay dry and comfortable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Vessis

  Place your unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them in a shipping mailer with the prepaid label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
